ORDER TRACKING

Once you have successfully placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will have your order tracking number. While we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure high quality, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and forwarded to our shipping partner.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship to most countries in the world. If you're still waiting to see your shipping destination during the checkout process, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll see how we can help. Shipping costs and times depend on the shipment's destination, and you will receive an estimate of the total cost and time as part of the checkout process. So that you know, once your order has been dispatched. A shipping tracking number with the courier information will be provided. Estimated delivery is ten business days from the day the order was placed. We'll make sure to let you know if we anticipate any delays.

RETURNS

We'll need to follow the 31-day return window. This is important in our return policy for online purchase. The online returns address is not accepted for store purchases or anything returned after the online return policy deadline. Any such return shall be deemed forfeited, and requests for an exchange or refund shall not be honored.

All items must be returned within 31-days after receiving your order in its original state, with all packaging materials in place and the OKIKIs tags still attached. We have the right to refuse any return if the product exhibits wear, has been used, or has been changed in any way from its original state.

Other clothing and accessories

Products that are unused, unwashed (or dry cleaned), unaltered, and in resalable condition may be returned or exchanged within 14- day after purchase.
